![]() If comparisons are drawn between Republicans and protestors who support them, a comparison should be drawn between the arrested protestors and Democrat legislators. This is their constituency, and a whopping 38 protestors were arrested. However, as far as we’ve seen, Clark failed to draw ANY contrasts or comparisons to the Democrats in the legislature. In contrast, Clark did cover the 38 far-left protestors who were arrested during Polis’ State of the State address on January 9, 2020. Clark may not be this thug, but he certainly maintains a double standard in his reporting. By Clark’s logic, if Antifa supports his program, he is also a radical thug who would beat innocent people in the street just to advance his agenda. Instead, Clark gave an unfair take that painted every activist and GOP legislator as hateful individuals. ![]() Clark did not clarify his remarks to say that, while a few bad eggs may exist, the majority of these people are not hateful. What Clark is effectively doing is slandering anyone who identifies as a Republican. This correlation that we believe Clark intends to draw includes both legislators and activists. In the meantime, everything we do online continues to affect and define our digital world and selves. He will never admit it, but we believe the intention is to liken Colorado Republicans to hate crimes.
